MOSA Elections – Nominations Form

Please submit the below form if you want to run for a position in the MOSA Executive Board. Following positions are currently open:

  • Co-President (x2)
  • Secretary
  • Director of Operations
  • Treasurer

The candidates applying for the executive board positions, should commit to serve for the applied position for a complete term (1 year).
